ABOUT US:
OCAL LTD was founded in 1991 as Oodally Chadee Associates Ltd. With the merging of new partners the practice is today named OCAL LTD. With 25 years of existence OCAL has gained a diversified range of experience on major residential, commercial, health, educational, industrial, and civil engineering construction projects for both private and public sectors.
OCAL is a firm regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. We ensure our services are compliant with the RICS rules of conduct.
OCAL also complies with legislative framework of the Professional Quantity Surveyor’s Council and the Construction Industry Development Board, to which our staffs are members.
The OCAL team is composed of qualified professionals with years of experience. Our vision is to deliver high-quality services whilst remaining fair and true in our dealings with all employers.
The practice also carries full Professional Indemnity Insurance to satisfy all of our work requirements.
