Description:

  • Construction of New Administration Block for administration/secretariat.
  • Conference/small gymnasium facilities. Total floor area of 570 m² – ground and first floor.
  • Warming up Area comprising a long covered terrace, medical rooms, ‘Chambre D’Appel’, changing and toilet facilities for athletes. Total floor area of 450 m².
  • Multi-function room/Secretariat: A total floor area of 86 m² – ground floor.
  • Covering of existing gradin (east and west sectors) with pre-painted profiled iron sheets and steel frames inclusive of a photo finish room (25 m²) and steel staircase for access from ground level.
  • MBC-TV and Press Cabins each of a floor area of 13 m² at highest level of gradin.
  • Internal and External Services: Plumbing, Electrical, Ventilation, Fire Fighting and Allied Works.
  • External Site Works and Drainage.
